I live in Texas and received a letter about Oceanside Streamline Refinance Program. I called to get more information about the program and was helped by Laurie Kleissler. She was able to provide answers to all my questions about the Streamline program and also give me a quote for a better rate than my current mortgage. I did some research and read great reviews about the company. Oceanside has a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which gave me more confidence in the company. Within 3 weeks since our first conversation, I was closing on my refinance! This company is great, very professional and attentive to their customer needs! Thank you Oceanside!

I was very pleased with Ryan at Oceanside mortgage he made my refinancing process fast and easy and quick and not only did they lower my interest rate quite a bit it cost me very little I would not hesitate to use this company They are very honest company they gave me an estimate upfront it was within their estimate , the loan closed in a timely manner and when they said it was going to close and did everything I expected that they said they were going to do I was very happy

Awesome company to work with. Made it simple to refinance. I received a letter after being in my house for 8 months, because I had no missed payments they told me they could lower my rate from 4.5%to 3.75% with no closing cost. How could I pass up on this. After a few short weeks I came to find out all the claims were true. And great support throughout the whole process.

My mortgage was transferred to Oceanside two months ago. I have had issues every month trying to set up automatic payment. All of the links on their website do not work and when you call to set up auto pay, they direct you back to the website....This is by far the worst customer service I have every dealt with from a mortgage or rental company.
