My wife and I decided earlier this year that we were ready to start shopping around for a new home. We found a very specific (and seldom utilize) loan program that fit our circumstances perfectly, so I began to contact different mortgage companies and brokers in the area. Unfortunately, all of the folks I spoke with either had no knowledge of the program we were pursuing, no experience with it, or were simply unequipped to put together this type of loan. Thankfully, I came across David! He not only knew of the program, but had closed several loans of this type. He assured me that, while getting the loan approved would require more work than a conventional loan, that it was something that could be done if we did our part and met the criteria. The things that initially attracted me to working with David were his knowledge, his honesty, and his super-responsiveness. From the time I initially contacted David until the time we finally closed on a home was about a 10 month period. And as David warned us up front, there was a fair amount of work involved. But we stuck with it, and David and his team did most of the heavy lifting and were on top of the details every step of the way. I’m happy to say that those aforementioned qualities of knowledge, honesty, and responsiveness lasted the entire duration of the process. He was available around the clock for us as questions and issues came up. David is very passionate about what he does, and will work very hard to do what it takes to get the job done. Thanks for all your help and hard work, David - couldn’t have done it without you!

David and Jan were superb to work with. Being first time home buyers, we were very new to all these terms and scared not knowing what were getting into. David did a great job not by explaining things to us but took the extra time to actually teach us about the whole buying process. It made us feel confident in our decision and peace of mind that everything was working the way it was supposed to without a hitch. David and Jan did not seem like people who wanted your business but friends who are there to help you with anything. David was a rock star since day one. He walked me through every step and actually took the time to explain what I was signing. David made sure that I was receiving every possible tax break and that I was receiving a great rate. Although most of the work could have been done online and through faxes, I chose to go to his office and meet in person. David was available at almost anytime of the day and even stayed late to work around my work schedule. I will be recommending David to all of my friends, and he will have my returning business in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! Dave was on top of it 100% of the time! It was my first mortgage ever, hearing all the horror stories of mortgage nightmares from my friends I was more than nervous to say the least. Luckily I found Dave, there was not a stone unturned, he went through the entire contract in detail putting the mortgage papers into a language I could understand! Me and my new wife are very satisfied with our new home and would give six stars if it was an option!!
