I would highly recommend Atkins and Markoff. Jerri Neighbors handled my case effectively, efficiently and with much professionalism. Every person I have dealt with at the firm has been extremely helpful. I had several questions about matters concerning my case, and even though it was closed several months ago I have had no trouble getting answers or help. It is refreshing to know that when something comes up in reference to my case, I can email Ms. Neighbors paralegal, Teresa and receive an answer to my question or concern very quickly and her knowledge of the court and laws concerning my case is also very impressive. If am ever in need of legal counsel again, i will definitely comeback to Atkins and Markoff.

Tommy Adler is a wonderful lawyer. I have needed to use his expertise on two occasions. Tommy was able to get the best possible outcomes for both of my cases. His knowledge of the law is outstanding. This is the best, most professional and most compassionate firm. I thought firms like this were only on court TV shows, but Brian Jones and the other attorneys at Atkins & Markoff showed me that fantasy can become reality. My federal criminal felony case had me terrified and feeling alone. Mr. Brian Jones and the other attorneys he consulted with helped walk me through the process, helped me help myself, and brought the case to a close with the US not filing charges. The attorneys were understanding, helped me execute my rights, and were compassionate. This was absolutely the best case scenario...a fantasy became reality.

I have to say I am extremely happy with the service that Atkins & Markoff provided for me in there defense of my criminal felony charges. Original decision was a dismissal of the case. Then after the appeal occurred, they were able to successfully get me the next best outcome, a deferred sentence. The last three years have been tough and this has been a burden lifted and I am completely happy with the service they have provided to me. I would hire them if I had any issue, they do their job well!!! Great Firm!
