She personally picked up the phone (that was nice)...I could tell she was somewhere crowded...Nicole explained she was at a restaurant. Not for a moment did she make me feel like an interruption. She got out her laptop and wrote the policy. My customer was so impressed (as was I). This went so well, I have referred others to her and they have all received the same great level of professionalism and service. I recently decided to switch all of my personal insurance needs to her...Auto and home. Not only did she save me money, Nicole has turned out to be the best insurance agent I have ever had. I recommend her VERY highly.
