If you want prompt service, excellent customer empathy (When my apartment was damaged recently, Amanda and her team went OUT of their way to help me out) and almost 24 x 7 care/service - go no further - STOP here and go meet Amanda and her team. This is my first ever Google Review. I typically hate doing reviews however, after Amanda & her entire team helped me out so much after the recent Raleigh fire, I felt obliged to come and put in this review out of sheer gratitude. I have had plenty of insurance agents over the past few years but have not received this kind of attention and care anywhere else.

I have always been hesitant of the "big name" insurance companies for my insurance needs until I met Amanda. She has a real understanding of the insurance options and products that one should consider based on their own personal situation. I have 2 personal cars, home owners insurance, boat insurance and an umbrella policy through her agency. Her staff is impeccable. I recently filed a hail damage claim for the roof of my house and I had a check within 7 days of the first inspection. I highly recommend her and her staff. She helped me understand the right options for me and my family.
