I highly recommend Matt Davis State Farm for anyone who is looking for a great experience. We first started our relationship with Kathi Cunningham last year sometime. Kathi is so great to deal with, she explains everything in great detail and is always very responsive to any questions you may have. We moved out of state for a few months and then came back to NC and upon doing so needed to find new auto insurance because rates skyrocketed with our prior carrier. I knew exactly who to call!! Again Kathi helped get us all settled with our new auto insurance and homeowners policies and saved us a lot of money too!!! Thank you Kathi!! I have also had the pleasure of speaking with Christine, Nicole and Tara and they are all so very friendly and helpful as well. This past weekend I actually had to call and their weekend answering service also provided excellent service, Kat made sure that all my questions were answered by the time I hung up. Last, but not least Matt is a great agent, Kathi was out one time and Matt stepped right in and helped get everything I needed completed. If you want to do business with a company that truly cares about you as a person then I highly suggest that you give Matt Davis State Farm a call.
