I had the pleasure of working with Joe and his crew for the last several years at various apartments throughout Chicago. Changing addresses, changing payment methods and making policy changes were very easy and they were very accommodating. The customer service in general is awesome. I recently moved out of state and they even put me in touch with a local agent here to help make my move a heck of lot easier. If I were still in Chicago I would absolutely still be with him!
