I GIVE THEM NOT ONE STAR! RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL! I went to the office to purchase auto insurance. I was going to save 60.00 a month by switching companies. I was sitting at this ladies desk Hoda Tabassi who was ignoring the fact I am sitting and waiting for her to get my papers in order so I could leave. It should have been done being we discussed it over the phone and she kept calling to tell me they were going to close soon and all I was suppose to do was bring the money and pick up my policy. She was getting phone calls and accepting every call ignoring the fact I am still there waiting. Very rude and then I asked her where she was from and she had told me with a dirty look that she was born in California. I asked her how she had such a strong accent if she was born in the U.S.A.? She replied that people can be born here and have a strong foreign accent. I then asked her why she was ashamed to tell me? She said that was a very personal question and people should not ask such a question where people are from. I am purchasing insurance from this person who has all my personal info and trying to make conversation and she gives me an answer like that! I then told her to give me back my money and tear up my policy and I would rather pay extra money with my favorite company State Farm who I know will take care of me if an accident occurs and trust them with no doubt. She obviously does not like Americans at all and she was so rude it sickens me that people live here that hate us Americans. God knows what kind of insurance she sells because she kept telling me to sign all these papers with out explaining what I am signing and kept asking what each one was. She gave a angry answer like she is doing me a favor selling me her insurance. Do not use this place they are horrible unprofessional sick individuals that should be out of business here.

Worst company ever. DO NOT USE!!!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible, not to mention only a select few of the people that work there seem to actually know what they are doing. Even the Supervisor is rude and has customer service skills compared to that of a highschool Burger King employee. It would be well worth your time to find another company to use. They tell you that you are getting full coverage and that your paying extra for road side assistance, just to find out later when you get your insurance policy that you have no roadside assistance, and the "full coverege" only covers $5k worth of damages. So my wife and I cancelled our policy after paying our final month of coverage. They then said we had to pay them $150 for cancellation. When my wife tried to talk to someone reguarding this she was told she would be contacted by the Supervisor. He never called, and my wife called back numerous times to speak with him, though he was never available. We then get an email saying if we dont pay the $150 that we will be sent to collections and that we have ignored numerous contact attempts from the supervisor. Bottom line, its all a bunch of bull and a terrible company. Thank god we switched, now we have full coverage, roadside assistance, gap coverege, new car replacement and everything else you could ever need from an insurance company, all for way less.

Ezone insurance is great! they saved over $200 on my monthly insurance compared to my previous insurer AAA. Ask for HODA! She is great and does everything she can to find you the best possible price. We always go to her when we need insurance needs. We have also referred her to many of our friends and relatives and they have agreed that she and ezone insurance offers the best and cheapest car insurance out there! They are timely and do call you back within in minutes with a quote... and the process is very quick and painless. I definitely recommend this company. ask for HODA

They do actually contact you pretty often which is really nice because I forget to pay... a lot. And they call up and remind me. But it is kinda of funny when your picture basically states you work here because the ezone logo is right next to the review. lol. I would and have recommended them to my friends because I had a dui and they were much cheaper than anywhere else with full coverage.

I was taken advantage of because I was young and new to owning a car. Phone services were complete scams. Over charged me for everything. lied about setting me up with 6 month instead of a year plan so when I went to cancel they charged me 120 dollars. Terrible service stay away from this!
