Great Agency. I have had a particular agency for 20 years. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about. I started to talk with Yvonne and she has given me some options and I have set up a few policies with her. She drove to another town to help me get signatures from a family member for a particular policy on her own time. What a wonderful thing for a busy person like me. Amazing customer service! When Brad and Yvonne learned that I had my insurance elsewhere for 20 years they said they wanted my business but respected a 20 year relationship. This absolutely speaks to the integrity of the Brad Hughes agency. I respect a business that values relationships. I have gotten more care, concern and good advice from Brad and Yvonne over the past year than I have from my agent in years. Thank you Yvonne. I will be calling soon to move the rest. Regards, CZ

Would not recommend this State Farm Insurance agent Brad Hughes. I called him to cancel my insurance at the beginning of the month, three weeks later I received a call from his office telling me I was late on my payment. So his secretary looked up my policy and told me it was never cancelled. I spoke to him personally and he told me he would cancel the policy for me and never did his job. He is not a reliable agent. I guess he is not happy that I found a better policy with Geico and he loses his commission. He is trying to claim that I wanted free insurance , In what country do you get free insurance, Ha, Ha , Ha.

My wife and I are new to the area and just signed on with State Farm. Yvonne set us up quickly and saved us about 20% more for a better quality insurance. We are happy to have the great local auto insurer so conveniently close. I would recommend them to anyone new to the area like us or locals who have lived here for years. I had some hail damage from the storms last week, and with a 5 minute phone call Brad had it taken care of. SafeLite contacted me to set up the appointment, and billed StateFarm directly afterwards. All I had to do was show up and get it fixed.

I was given a quote that ended up being completely misleading. When I received my first bill it was $70 higher than the quote! How can you quote someone one thing and not honor that quote! Seems like bad business to me.
