I was a customer of Newman Tucker for over 6 years. During that time i have seen their customer service continue to decline. They do not return calls, emails, or follow up on any request made. I always have to call multiple times to get anything done. They fail at their main job which is getting the customer the best rate and policy available as well. I purchased a new car and the insurer increased my rate by 100 per month but Newman Tucker did not seem to think that was important enough to tell me. Needless to say i have left this company, would not recommend to anyone, and i now have my home and 2 cars insured for less than what i was paying for my one car through Newman Tucker.

Mike Tucker has a stellar team at Newman & Tucker that works diligently to "taylor fit" coverages to specific applications with careful attention to balancing cost savings with maximum coverage. Mike & his team have experienced property losses whereby right coverages were not extended by others that, in the end, served to provide for disappointment. Newman & Tucker are awesome at avoiding this displeasure.

I got better coverage because they search not only for good rates, but for good coverage that protects you at times of loss or accident.
