If Teays Valley Service Experts could clone Jeff Beaver, then all of the heating and cooling problems of the region could be alleviated very easily and quickly. Jeff has been doing service work for us on our two heat-pump units for over a decade now and has not only performed miracles, he has aided us in improving the efficiency and performance of our units over and over again. He is highly knowledgeable, works efficiently, and unlike some representatives we have dealt with from other businesses and industries, does not waste our time trying to sell us products and services which we really do not need. If there is an improvement from which we could genuinely benefit, we count on his good advice and timely suggestions. In short, we will continue to rely on Teays Valley Service Experts for the foreseeable future and are most grateful to Jeff and to all the other fine folks there for their cooperation and good assistance!

If you want a nice and efficient work done use Teays Valley Service Experts. If I ever had a problem with my units it was fixed ASAP. The time I was 8 months pregnant, the A/C blew off (was old and due lol) very hot August, Ed the manager at the time (2001) did some phone calls to get a new unit right then and in a few hours I had my new A/C installed. I was a very happy person :) Jeff Beaver was the last tech to service both units in my home for the winter. Was very polite, respected the house floors by covering his shoes, any time he had to enter he would knock at the door, was very professional and answered all my questions at that time. I like good service and a work well done in a timely manner, and they always did, do and will do it. I have been a client since I moved to Teays Valley in 1994 and they always made me feel like a VIP.

John Caruthers came by and explained everything to us. He promised our system would be installed Monday. He called Friday to check if everything was ok and then called again Saturday to let me know that they would be here first thing Monday, around 8:00 am. Wayne Hall and Randall Patton showed up at 8:05 am we talked for a few minutes and they began to work. They had to unhook and remove my old duel outside unit remove the pad and put in a new larger pad. They then installed the unit and had everything up and running at 2:25 pm. I want to thank them for being efficient and prompt with our unit. We had been without heat for a few days. At 4:30pm the House was up to temperature. Fantastic! Excellent job guys! We called and needed our furnace and AC replaced. We had someone at our home within two days to provide estimates. This happened to be on a Friday and we had the installers at our house next day, Saturday by 8:30 to install. They were great! Wayne Hall and Tim Miller were the installers who worked all day long on a cold rainy April Saturday. They did an excellent job and everything is working beautifully. They were very trusting, hard working and very thorough. You can definitely tell they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. These were the kind of installers you would want for all of your installs around your house. Thank You Wayne, Tim, John and Teays Valley Service Experts!

I called for a winter tune up on my furnace. I saw they were having a winter special and were close by. I scheduled online which was nice. They called to confirm prior to the appointment. Then they called two hours before they were scheduled and asked if I would like them to arrive early. Caleb Smith came out and was in and out in now time. He has the furnace working like a dream in no time. The price was excellent!! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He asked to ensure I have a CO2 detector in the house which I do. I was genuinely impressed by the service. It is the first time I have used them but it will not be the last. They have gained a customer!!!

They are very professional and do a great job. I have had their bi-yearly maintenance contract on all of my equipment and it has paid off in added security, and continued service. Last year we bought a replacement air conditioner unit. With that we signed up for their yearly service inspections. Today, Eddie Donald was the service technician who inspected the furnace for our semi annual inspection. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was inspecting, and offered suggestions related to improved owner maintenance in between service inspections. I would recommend them for their services and products. Each time someone has been here from their company, they have been on time, professional and courteous.

Following a severe water leak that resulted in water filling several vents, I contacted TV Heating and Cooling around 3:30 pm. The next morning, Rick Payton arrived and immediately got to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that even I understood! Moreover, he brought things to my attention concerning my home that we were unaware of and put me on the right path to finding out more and getting the problems corrected. Caleb, who is familiar with our home, came by again today, cleaned the AC units, installed new filters (which are not so easy to deal with, in the attic space) and as always, was super nice, professional, and takes his time to make certain everything is in perfect working order.
