We are very pleased and happy that we had the Energy Swing Roof Protection System installed on our home. Previously Energy Swing installed a sliding patio door and a Paragon entrance door on our home. We are now and continue to be very pleased with all of our installations and the overall Energy Swing experience. The professionalism of your staff and your installers is beyond expectations. The products that we had installed were the very best on the market. The quality is outstanding. The very excellent and very knowledgeable installers made the jobs progress without incident. Very special congratulations to the Energy Swing installation team for our Roof Protection System. Team leader Eric and his team of Chris, Corey, Justin, Jeremiah, and Herb made this job outstanding. All six did a fantastic job of preparation on the first day. A very special thanks and kudos go out to Eric, Chris and Corey who did the final and most important finishing of the Roof Protection System the final four days! Seeing that the owner had invested in such high-quality windows definitely impacted my decision to proceed with purchase of the home. We had another set of 2 windows installed in our living room. We are really satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the windows that we had installed, as well as some french doors and we plan on having Energy Swing replacing other windows in our home later on. Herb was the installer on all of our installations and does a very professional job. Herb has always been on time to the job, very dependable and courteous. When Herb completes the job there has never been a mess left behind, he leaves our home spotless. We are really happy with the products and work done from Energy Swing and we will recommend them to anyone who we know that is going to have window or doors replaced!

Back in 2005 we purchased our doors from Energy Swing Windows. Yesterday 9/18/2017 Ron Strader and Justin Radabaugh came and fixed the molding around the door window free of charge. They also exchanged the handle and the lock on the door at no cost to me. Both of the men Ron and Justin were the nicest and most knowledgeable about their jobs. Ron also advised me on how to make my windows go up and down easier. This is not the first time they have fixed something for me and I am very happy with my choice of Energy Swing Windows.

We purchased Energy Swing Windows for our whole house. They converted existing non-opening windows to windows where fresh air can now join our home. They also converted an existing large window into two comparable windows. Everyone at Energy Swing was extremely professional, from the outstanding sales person, Don Darragh, to his team of installers. Their prices were fair and the resulting product is excellent. Energy swing installed an entry door, expensive but very high quality and worth every penny. The installers Herb and Fred were truly great. They came right on time, installed the door very professionally and cleaned up better than I would ever have expected. There was an issue with some rot under the door and they took care of it in a very satisfactorily manner without any further cost. Just got new entry doors installed, and they are beautiful doors. The installers showed up on time and had done the work and cleaned up everything by 2pm. The Provia doors that ESW installs are not cheap, but the quality and fit and finish is superb. My first reaction when I saw the doors from outside: these doors have already paid for themselves in resale value alone.

I had an issue with the screens that came with my new window. When I contacted Energy Swing Windows, they responded immediately and came out to look at the screens. The screens looked identical to me but they were not. I had placed them in the wrong windows. Thanks to Ron and Tracy for taking the time to help me resolve the problem.
