I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we love our new high efficiency furnace. I love that it keeps the temperature in the house way more consistent that our old one. I also love that it is SO quiet. You can’t even tell when it comes on whereas before we needed to turn the TV up when the furnace came on, because it was so loud. The digital touchscreen control panel is very convenient, especially since I can control it from my smartphone. But the main reason why we love our new furnace is because it brought down our utility bill. I also wanted to say what a wonderful job the installers did. Not only were they prompt and courteous, they showed a lot of respect for us and our home. They also went above and beyond our expectations as far as the neatness and precision of the installation. All the joints are sealed, all the wires are straight and tied (nothing is hanging loose) and when they put in the slab outside for the A/C unit to sit on, they did a great job leveling it and making sure it blended in with our landscaping. Our initial meeting with Greg Grimm was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and will go out of his way to work with you. You definitely get a feeling that he values you as a customer and that he has your best interest at heart. We are telling all our friends how happy we are! So happy in fact that we called Knochelmann again and they just replaced our second unit upstairs.

We just replaced our entire hvac system and the service knochelmann provided was great! Stanley was our salesman and he took his time and was very thorough in sizing the system we needed based on our house. He explained the whole process well and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained our options and helped guide us to a good purchase based on our needs and budget. Tyler C, Mike C, Seth D, and Dalton H were our installers. Tyler was the point man. They did a great fairly quick install considering all that needed done. They left everything clean afterwards. When a few issues arose after the install was completed, the entire team from Stanley to Tyler, communicated well with us to ensure everything would be completed to our satisfaction. They remedied everything resolving all issues and took their time to answer all our questions. Our A/C unit is several years old and while running OK, it had never been serviced. On the date and time of the appointment, the service tech, Jeff Weihoff arrived promptly, was professional, and presented a very positive image of this company. He took the time to explain the various steps of the service inspection and why it was necessary to preform them. He also told me what he was looking for along the lines of potential parts going bad. And before hooking any test gauges to pressure lines, capacitors or other components, what range they should be operating in. I found this to be an open and honest way to do business. Thanks

Terrible company. They somehow blew out our air conditioner while installing the thermostat. (Almost caught on wall where the thermostat goes on fire) We had to purchase a new A/C. They neglected to put a hose clamp on the discharge hose causing the workshop room to flood and ruined and damaged thousands of dollars in tools. They refused any type of compensation.

Seth was the lead end installer of our air conditioner. He is obviously a stickler for quality service and takes time to answer your questions and explain every step of the process. The Service technician Larry assisted on the replacement of the AC coils on our 3 year old HVAC unit. Due to a factory defect the coils needed to be replaced. Larry is very experienced, answered all of my questions and is very skilled with the equipment. We will definitely continue to use Knochelmann services in the future.

MY husband and I recently bought a home with an older HVAC system in it. I had Jimmy out for an air conditioner tune up and he did a great job. He cleaned the unit very thoroughly since it had been so long and changed my filter at the furnace. The tech was on time and finished in a timely manner.
