My vehicle was stolen from my driveway. Made the police report, called Geico. My car was found the following day. I had to drive to where it was towed to see if I could drive the car home, it was totally disabled. Thieves stole all my stereo equipment from the vehicle, some tools, some other little things. My customer service rep was helpful when she was in the office, not being the only person on her list of things to do, I can understand not being contacted in the same day before she had to leave the office. However she would return my phone call in the morning. The claims adjuster allowed me to go to Kapolei to turn over the title and the keys, instead of having to drive all the way to town, which was hard to do because my car was stolen... duh. I found them accommodating and not like many of the other reviews stating idiotic rants, or even reviews of Geico and they are not even customers of Geico. Geico customers for over 20 years, 10+ different vehicles, 1 total loss in an accident, 1 stolen vehicle always been taken care of.
Unfaithful service. I got rear ended in a drive way and they said i was 70% at fault because I stopped. So the guy who was forced to speed around me and clip my bumper had the right away. Are you frickin kidding me?... Bad reports, bad reviews, unfaithful to fight for the working class, money hungry company, very disappointing. Progressive looks better
Great Service! Bought my insurance online but, I needed an official watermark insurance card for my safety check. I stopped by the downtown GEICO office and they printed out my card in a matter of seconds. If you park in the garage, GEICO will validate your parking. Street parking is paid metered parking.
im glad i read these comments. i am paying $164 with our 3 cars with progressive and i went to geico auto quote thing and ive got like $149. its cheaper but these comments are makin me just want to stay with progressive. i mean ......... WHERE IS THE ALOHA to all of that ? lol
Been a customer for 15+ yrs....mainland folks with Geico are great but these idiots in Hawaii have gotten me to a point of realizing that they are truly challenged when it comes to common sense and customer service...one just has to shake their head!
Jolene Walker and the whole geico crew is a huge scam. They wont take care of me and say that I stole my own stuff and vehicle. Would not return my calls and just super rude people!! Never get this insurance because you dont save shi!
Now at geico not only do you not get a real person to talk to but your phone system hangs up on you when you finally finish going threw the menu. Thanks 4 charging me so much 4 this great service truly 95 percent approval parasite.

I needed a SR22 I was having difficulty finding & Company that would insure me without a vehicle called Geico and they took care of me from then. My experience with them was only Pleasant and helpful

Does not return calls and 1st time accident with no pay out still consider an accident and raise insurance close to half more. Disappointment and the Worst Service.
After pressing buttons for 20 minutes and getting transferred to different corporate offices I have determined that it is impossible to reach them on the phone
