I have no words to discrived what a terrible service this company offers. I have had one of the most horrible experience and worst customer service. In many attempts to complain, all I have been able to achieve is to be ignored. In multipo times, I have request road assistance and the proses of being assist takes about an hour by phone plus the four hour wait time for the towing truck to arrived. At one time I had to call multiple times to speak with a different representatives because I kept been told that I had no insurance. As a result, I spend hour in the middle of the desert without being helped. After they realized that I did have a policy with them they took hour to assist me with a truck towing. Overall the wort service ever.

Until they get rid of that disgusting, obnoxious brat "Peter Pan" in their TV commercial, I will not only switch channels when it comes on, but will never, ever do business with them. I am assuming that THEY are as obnoxious as that brat is! :(

Geico has done right by me. Car was stolen and they gave me an absoutely awesome replacement value for the car which i had expected to be worth far less. Like i said they did right by me and I will remain a Geico customer because of this.
