Always had very pleasant office staff, but was never impressed with his customer service skills. Was extremely disrespectful when I decided to switch insurance agents for cost savings. I would definitely recommend seeking out a different State Farm agent if you are considering them as insurance providers.

Ken is the best Insurance agent in the Valley ,I Trust him with all my policy. The only State Farm agent to avoid is Matt Holtebeck he gives State Farm a bad REP, He does not know anything about Insurance.
