I can not say enough about the Thiel agency. No I have not been paid..... I have been with them for 24years now and have had the best and most courteous service around. The prices are awesome and the personal one on one feeling you get with this agent is like no other. I recently had to make a claim for some water damage in my home. They were the most helpful, and actually helped me get through this situation. I have not had any other claims in the 24 years but, they really made me feel like a family member and stood behind me. Thanks Boyd your a A1 professional agent, like no other.

I have been a customer of Thiel Insurance for 20+ years. On Friday, July 7th my sump pump stopped working late in the evening. I phoned the office Saturday morning to find out how to handle an insurance claim. No one was in and because I had Service Master coming, I phoned Stacey Thiel at home. She answered my questions and was sensitive to my concerns.....on a Saturday morning!!! The insurance adjuster came on Wednesday, July 12th and I had my funds on Monday, July 17th. Great customer service!
