Biggest $2000 mistake....Rude rude administrator!!!!I asked for certain things morning of my hearing, well I tried, and was told to be quiet and let them work! Then again after the hearing, I tried talking to them about my needs still not being heard, they told me I should be happy I won and then refused me as a future client when I inquired why i was charged 2000$ for a 5 min case we got dismissed before it even started(again if would have LISTENED, I kept trying to ask for the other party for reimbursement but it was never addressed to the judge!!! Nothing I asked for was, and again when I called to ask questions or for an itemized statement, I was told, well you won didnt you??!Then proceeded to tell me I actually OWED them more but they would write it off????And Im the one who did all the running around to the courts!!??!Patrick is a great attorney, sometimes so good he doesnt listen to his PAYING CLIENT and its cost me a lot more now, like my daughter, if he would have addressed my concerns initially, but you know attorneys, only caring about the money, not the children they hurt in the process and thats what no one cares about...what happened after you were done with me!! its been hell that you could have eleveated if you just would have listened and done what your paying client asked

When my ex-wife decided to move out of town after she remarried, I knew that it was going to change my custody agreement. I was nervous that I wouldn’t win a relocation case because sometimes the father in the situation doesn’t always have the best chance at getting full custody of the children. I did some research and found the Sampair Group. After a consultation with my attorney, James Bruce, I felt much better about the situation. He was an expert in family law and had dealt with relocation cases like mine on many occasions. I had been in a similar custody situation several years ago with a different attorney that did not turn out favorably but this time was 100% different. Mr. Bruce asked and answered lots of questions and took charge when it was time to go to court. I won my case and my children are now with me full time. I would definitely recommend The Sampair Group and especially James Bruce to anyone in need of a knowledgeable family lawyer. Especially if you have a difficult or complicated case like I think mine was. Having a state bar certified law specialist on our side made a huge difference.

Child support/custody; Pat Sampair was my second lawyer in my case and I have to say that I should have contacted him first and saved myself quite a bit of money. Long story short, my ex wanted 50% custody after not having any visitation and also wanted my son to stay in the same room as another adult in the house. Pat quoted the Az state statutes and fully explained my case in detail. I could not be happier about the outcome or the way I was treated by his office staff and attorneys.

Relocation- When my ex decided after 5 years not being involved in our childrens life, once I wanted to relocate due to work, he did not want us to leave state. To make a long story short won the Relocation case. Ontop of that his firm helps me with child support, visitation, medical reimb, and etc. and I always have a positive result. Thank you!
