Wow, what can I say? I am so happy with my experience at Lerner & Rowe. Everyone was so kind, patient and explanatory (sometimes it takes me a while to “get it”). My accident was horrifying. I was stopped in traffic during rush hour when we were plowed from behind by a huge Buick. Being so shaken up, I didn’t want to go anywhere. Brian Stowers came to me and kindly listen to what happened and signed me up. He must deal with freaked out people right after an accident all the time since he was so patient. Soon after, my case was assigned to Donna Mazia. She was thorough, down to earth and down right funny. She was like talking to an old friend rather than a stuffy law firm. She made me feel very relaxed and well taken care of. When it came down to settling the case, Marc Grossman maximized my settlement. I was a little anxious by the end of my case since I still hadn’t caught up from missing work at the beginning. Mr. Grossman was very understanding and patient. He was so knowledgeable and caring, it made me feel so much better. When Mr. Grossman settled my case, Susana worked hard to get the most out my settlement and Melanie took the time to explain everything to me in a way I completely understood. Bottom line, I’m not an attorney. They were knowledgeable and were patient enough to explain things in words I understood. Lerner & Rowe is a group of people that treats people like human beings, understands that being in an accident is not only stressful in the beginning, but through to the end. I will forever tell everyone of my wonderful experience there.

I was rear ended about ten months ago. I was extremely upset and felt as if my world had just been turned upside down. I called Lerner and Row to represent me, and had no idea what to expect. My Case Manager, Cynthia Moss, was absolutely incredible. She quickly calmed my nerves with her soft warm voice and kind words. She kept me informed throughout this horrible time in my life. Cynthia took the time to explain the process in a way that took the stress away. She walked me thru the process step by step and was incredibly patient even when I was in tears; Cynthia Moss worked diligently to tie up my case. Marc Grossman was kind, treated me like I was his own family, and fought for me to quickly settle my case. After months of praying that this unforeseen accident went from stress and anxiety and became a huge blessing. The entire team at Lerner and Row has been awesome and I will forever be great full that I chose a team of kind people to represent me. First off Im not receiving a dime for my comment....I had 2 accidents this year one on the freeway hit from behind at 60 ....Next one chased down on my motorcycle we are still working out numbers or shall i say the accounting department from lerner and rowe...I dealt with Kimberley Kent and my attorney Edward I had the most incredible experience with this law office ....My first accident as promised Lerner and Rowe got me what I deserved ...Anytime I sent an e-mail it was either answered the same day or less than 24hrs...My settlement check was 1500 more than I expected Edward fought even more ...My second accident is moving along just fine ...Iam a combat vet and would never lie to anyone in my country these guys are the best in my opinion

my over all experience with Lerner and Rowe was phenomenal. when i called the first time it was easy as one two three. my case manager Cynthia was excellent on my case was very good at keeping in contact with me and letting me now what was going on. Marc Grossmen was out standing in is pull for my case . Always had me in my best interest. and got me a large settlement. want to thank the accountant Theresa h for outstanding job on my part of the settlement. wow i could not be more happy with this company.

Tara Foss and Doug Younglove, won my accident case. One of the most stressful and painful times in my life and they were there for me. After the accident I was also grieving over the losing 14 family members. They helped me through it, so professional, kind and compassionate. They helped me with remembering all my appointments. I really appreciate all that they have done for my family and still do as I go forward for all the children under my care and missing all my family members.

I was highly disappointed in the outcome i made it clear to lermer & rowe law group to get in contact with my health insurance company so they can advise them on what places will cover my treatment costs ,they completely disregarded my demand & just sent me to places that they have "good relationships" with & in the end result cost me thousands of dollars

I have had an open case for my children, niece and Nephrw for almost two years. Communication is terrible and we are still left with an unfinished case. Mark Grossman is the attorney and he has yet to return my calls. I have used them in the past I will NEVER usw them again
