Typical bullshit lawyer Mark does the sale, but never represents you in court, happens every day with lawyers. But, dude in court was kind of embarrassing, no show and unprepared. Judge said to call him and the office sent him to his court date. You get a discovery motion and a plea bargain for $5000, thats it and that. They will skip the officer interview and wont verify the breath machine which one would assume would be bare minimum. Perhaps understanding your how tent city works or support on license issues would be considered bare minimum also, but i got nothing. This is not to say Mark isnt offering the same thing as most law offices, finding a lawyer who does due dilligence is rough. I thought I worked hard enough vetting lawyers, thought I had the right guy. I burned him the last 800 bucks, havnt heard from him, but i am sure i will. I am sure he will respond defensively. He likes to use the internet, so do I, game on Mark.

Like most people, I was extremely nervous and unaware of the DUI process and potential consequences it brings. I had a super extreme charge and was worried about what my life would look like during and after this type of charge. Not only did Mark and his amazing team walk me through all the variables, they were timely on communication, and always let me know what I was able to do as well as their professional recommendations. Today I sat in front of the judge and received a minimum charge due to the fight the Weingart Frim put forth for me. A DUI to the slightest degree, minimal fine, reinstated my driving, and NO JAIL TIME. I was expecting the worst when I first walked into their office but can not express my gratitude I did. I highly recommend anyone dealing with the scare a DUI in Arizona brings, to trust in the Weingart firm and allow them to get you through it.
