The service and installation teams are fantastic. Thorough and willing to go above and beyond. We have used them for years. We decided to switch from a heat pump to gas furnace and air conditioning. When switching from electric to gas, there are a number of things that you need to know; the utility company will need to know where you want the point of entry and the gas meter. It needs to be visible from the road. The Heating/Air pros pull the permits. There needs to be an inspection, and the utility then brings and installs the meter. Be clear, schedule everything to coincide with plenty of notice and you will be fine. A+Derr installation team will make sure your quality equipment is installed and running to your satisfaction. They will follow up. They treat your property with great care. Very respectful and polite. We love the fact that they hire Veterans.

We first had an issue with our A/C during summer. We were met with prompt friendly service from Nick. No more than necessary was done to have our unit up and running again. Upfront honest answers to all questions. Our unit is 20 years old so time to consider replacement. We had a service appointment next. The tech Dylan was prompt and very friendly as well. Again only necessary tasks were completed. Unit began to malfunction so again we were met with a timely and friendly tech Mark. He began troubleshooting and broke the news that indeed it is very soon to quit all together. He explained all options fully and clearly, and helped us come to a very comfortable decision for our best interest. I highly recommend A+ Derr! I have nevery dealt with a company so dedicated to customer service! They indeed an A+ company as the name states! Thank you very much!

My old, outside unit quit working on Friday afternoon. Called Derr Heating and Air, they were at my home in less than 30 minutes. The fan motor was the culprit that caused the compressor to seize and stop working. We both came to the conclusion that a new, high effecient unit was in order. Brent Delano and James Whittgen showed up before 8:00 am Saturday morning to begin work. Two more hard working, dedicated men I have never seen! They are definitely a credit to their profession. They never stopped until there was cold air running through my home. They were courteous, tidy and answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. I have used A+Derr heating and air for approximately 10 years. I try to ask for Jeremiah because he always does a fantastic job!! This company is always quick to answer questions, and if they do not know the answer they will find out. I will continue to use them as my heating and cooling company..... frankly, because they give me absolutely no reason to complain. The ladies in the office along with all the the service guys are great! And, with Jeremiah you can tell he has high respect for his work, his job. and the owners. Friday night June 30, fourth of July weekend; our AC goes out. Assuming a couple hundred dollar site fee, we decided to just wait until July 5th. But, I figured at least make a call to check the fees...on Monday July 3rd, a live person from A+ Derr answered the phone said the fee was $69 for a site visit. Seemed reasonable to me, so I scheduled the appointment and within an hour a technician was on site; situation was assessed, the Capacitor was replaced, temperature differentials were completed showing the system was up and running! And I am writing this review a a comfortably cool 78 degree home; total cost right around a fair and reasonable $200.

I was very happy with my entire experience with A+ Derr from the initial day I called for a second opinion on my AC problems to the removal of old unit and installation of my new unit. Service tech Mark was at my house within 1 hour of my call. He explained to me what my problem was and the options available to me. I chose to replace my hearing & air unit. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks. The installation team of Kyle, Jon & Jake were very professional and thorough. They arrived at 9 in the morning and were finished and on their way by 2 in the afternoon. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

Great experience from the first appointment with John till the final check with Dylan. Very courteous and knowledgeable technicians Eric, Ian, David, and Matt. Would definitely recommend A+Derr to everyone. Just had 6 month check-up and Justin was the technician. He arrived just as scheduled and he was kind and courteous he wasted no time getting started and was done in less than hour. He was very thorough with explaining what he had done and what to expect when we start using the furnace. I would recommend everyone to use A+ Derr for any of their Heating and Air needs

Texal and Cameron were a great team to have for our furnace and air conditioning unit system. After 9 hours for our install on the hottest day of the year last week, Texal took the time to be sure the installation area was cleaned (better than it was when he arrived), while Cameron went over our new thermostat (which could have been confusing without his lesson) and both removed all exterior trash and old system. On Monday we noticed a slight hiccup and they were quick to return and get us back on track! Thank you A+Derr for the great team you sent to us!

My experience with A+Derr was all positive. Jake T. came out on a Sunday to check out my A/C. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The furnace and A/C that they installed are made in the USA (I liked that!) and the the cost was lower than I had expected. Texal and Cameron were the installers. They were very prompt, polite, well mannered, respectful and explained exactly what they were going to do and took the time to answer all my questions and still got the job done in half the time expected. Way to go guys! 2 thumbs up to all of you!

We have had our heating and air conditioning maintenance package with A Plus Derr for 3+ years. We have been completely satisfied with their service. Today our service pro was Scott A. and I want to say that he was the most thorough and courteous service pro that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He explained things to me and then he went back over the concerns that he found with our unit with my husband when he came home from work. Scott A. did an excellent job and we plan to request him for our next service call. Five plus stars for Scot A.!!!!

Friendly but too expensive. My family has suffered for over a month because I was told my unit was junk and we had to replace it! The repair they said was over 600.00. I got it fixed today and it is working great for 235.15 for the same parts. Pretty sad we were mislead like this! They insisted on us doing finance for a new unit. Thank goodness my wife used to work for a heating and cooling company and knew an overcharge when she saw it. We even called another company who said it was 1300.00! This is how people get overcharged.

When my A/C died during the weekend of a 90+ heat wave, I called A Plus early on a Monday morning to schedule a repair. When I explained to their secretary I was also 8 months pregnant and the heat was a little hard to bear, she made sure I was moved to the top of their list and a technician was on my doorstep by 8:30 am. The technician did a great job fixing my A/C and even did some free troubleshooting for me on my water heater and furnace. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of service.

We are very pleased with the new A/C and Furnace that we had replaced in our home by A+ Derr. John Freeman their salesman came to our home and gave us an estimate, and they had the best price!! He explained everything to us and answered questions even after he left. Their three man crew arrived on time and began replacing the equipment. Answered more questions and explained the new equipment to us when they were finished. A+ Derr did a great job and we would recommend them for any of their services.

Mark and Justin were very professional and friendly. They even put up with my overly friendly cat. Lol. They fixed several issues with our system that were preventing it from working right and costing us a lot in electricity. Mark explained what he was doing and what it improved so I had a better understanding of the system and how it should run. Everything is working great now. Replacing our heating and air was not something I was looking forward to. But A+ made it easy and affordable. The sales rep made sure we looked at all of our options. Fixing our existing could be done but we never felt pressured to buy new. Our techs that came out were on time and got everything done quickly. I called many heating repair places in town and this place had the lowest rates and best customer service. When the repair guy came to my house, I got way more than I had bargained for. He not only tuned and serviced my furnance, but inspected all of my equipment and cleaned the filters at no extra cost! I was very impressed, and I will definitely call them again next time I need assistance with my heating or cooling.

Called at 9am. Mark arrived before noon. He diagnosed my furnace problem in a manner of minutes and made the necessary repair to get my furnace up and running. He had the necessary replacement part on his truck so there was no waiting for anything to be ordered. Cole B. Came out to look at our A/C unit on a sunday. I have called other places on the weekends and got techs who were upset that they were called out on weekends. Cole showed up with a smile and was very easy to deal with. He even saved us money by telling us about the service plan. Very happy with the service. Fixed our A/C in about 10 minites. Excellent customer service! John F. is great and was able to give us a great deal on a new A.C. and heat system. They came out to look at our unit when the a.c. went out and were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. They even installed a window a.c. unit until they could come out to replace it the next week. Fast service, quality work and even better employees.
