My wife and I determined that it was time to replace our roof and gutters on our house. This was our first time having to deal with a major home renovation, and we didn’t know what to expect. We chose Arnold’s to make these repairs on our house, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the initial estimate all the way through to the final walkthroughs, we felt very comfortable through the process. We knew what was going on, when it was going on, and how things were being done the entire time. We want to especially thank Jake Buss, who served as our estimator and liaison throughout the process. Jake was onsite almost daily during the replacement, taking time to do anything from answer questions that we had to following up on the crews, making sure our yard and driveway were clear from debris at the end of the day’s work. We are very satisfied with the work that Arnold’s did for us, and would recommend Arnold’s to anyone looking to do any home improvement project.

I had Mark Diver come to my house and give me a quote on a kitchen remodel. I said we would go with it but not at this moment. He told me that if I put $200 down right now my price quote would be locked in. And he said for any reason that if I decided I did not want to do this I would be issued a refund. I agreed and after several weeks I decided I not to go through with it. I have tried calling him multiple times and he has either not answered or has given me the run around. I called the office and talked to them only to be told they would email the GM. I have heard nothing from them and they said that they arent even sure about getting my money back because only Mark Diver has said that to me. I have reported them to the BBB and hope action is taken against them. Bad bad company and they need to be dealt with.

I hired Arnolds to do a roof for me in whitehouse, they sent out the nicest friendliest man named John to come out and talk to me about it, I was so impressed how professional he was. I felt very confident that I was going with the right company, they scheduled the roof to be done and I was very pleased it was in a timely manner. They came out did the roof and cleaned up the place better then they found it and I am picky!! What a great company. I used them again for a window, gutters and a new garage!! Thank you!

While the salesman was great the person who does the scheduling does not communicate with customers and lies. You are told that your siding project will begin 6 to eight weeks after the final measuring is done. The final measuring for my house was June 21. It is now 11 weeks later and it will still be another 2 or 3 weeks before they start. We called at the end of July and was told that they would start either the 14th or 21st of August. They are denying tha this was said. I would actually give them -5 stars.

We signed a contract on Nov. 10, 2016 for a bathroom remodel. The salesman, Mark Driver, told us that with the holidays it would be 8-10 weeks before it would be completed. I called on Feb. 17, 2017, 14weeks and 1 day from contract signing and was told it would be another 4 weeks before they even started. Am I wrong for being ticked off?

The lady I spoke with on the phone needs to change her attitude. I would have went with them for service, but she was very rude initially speaking. I can only imagine how crappy they treat the workers if she can speak to a potential customer rudely. I went with another company right away.

The Roof they did on meteor was solid. On Time a all pro operation. They cleaned up there mess and was on time and they got it done in a timely manner. Would use them again.
