This attorney advertises a low flat-rate, therefore takes in a high volume of customers. That results in the assigned attorney not being able to spend the necessary time handling your case. You are not able to get in direct contact with your attorney for almost a week - this happens every time you reach out to their offices...even when you mention it is an emergency. You will end up paying the same costs as if you hired an attorney by the hour becuase their offices will not complete paperwork or file motions until you pay them more. The only time I ever saw my attorney was in the court room. Half way thru my case I had to hire another attorney. I saw immediate results with my new attorney - they contact me from their cell and even text me. I am still reaping the the drawbacks of hiring Marx, Altman, and Johnson. I found out there were motions that were not filed on my behalf and many things I should have done earlier in the divorce process. My advice is to hire a different law firm. Marx, Altman, and Johnson will only do the bare minimum to get you thru a divorce and if I would have stuck with them, there is no telling where my divorce would have landed me.

I was recommended by a friend to use this firm. Aaron Benter went above and beyond to get my divorce complete. When I had questions, she promptly responded to me and answered all of my questions. They got it done within four months. And Mr. Richard Johnson, who I met with first, made me feel comfortable and answered and told me everything I needed to know. They are very affordable and work with you on payments. I would definitely recommend this firm!!

My experience with this law firm was enjoyable. My lawyer was knowledgeable and very understanding of the special accommodations my family required. I had a completely different experience. They were a little slow to return phone calls but did return them. My divorce was over very quickly and easily (3months). I was also on a very affordable payment plan and they worked with me when I was late with a payment.

SAVE your money here. Will not return phone calls. Hangs up on you, will not help in anyway in your case! If you want to lose everything use this firm!!!
