My accident was a year ago may and ive possibly talked to the assistant way less than 10 times. I have 4 people in my family thats was hurt each one of us has thier own case and none of us have had a decent response. I get that they have more clients than just me but they could actually give me a call and let me know something rather rhan me calling and waiting for a return call. On the few times that she did call rhe offers were like a coyple hundred more than what our bills were. wish i had picked someone else maybe i shoyld of called The Hammer.

My car was totaled in August. I was really messed up. The table to stand up, bruises and cuts. I called Brian Loncar law firm after the accident. The guy came to my house by the time I got home. He got my info and I was contacted by a paralegal Angie the next day. My medical got taken care of and I am doing lots better. I am very happy with the service and expedience with which things were handled. I would recommend Brian Loncar to anyone anytime if they were hurt in a wreck. Thanks Angie! Thanks Brian!

I had a wreck in January 2015 they stared it will be 6 months until my case would be complete. I had Jose at first which was no help them they gave me Tony which was even worse he stated they provided him with a settlement which he never provided me with the amount. Then he stated he sent a counter offer . After he sent a counter offer 3 weeks later came back and said they were transferring me to another lawyer. I will never recommended Brian Loncar to anyone. They are no good...

Terrible I was a passenger in a car both vehicles had full coverage. They held my case for a year never answered phone calls , lady in office rude. After a year of me calling started asking for supervisor and magically case got released . Tried to inform them of bad client service and rudeness and Meagann in office became ruder and said it was irrelevant at this point and hung up on me. Never spoke to attorney or supervisor in the entire year of them having my case

I am glad someone had some type of an excellent experience with these people, I have been waiting almost a year. They NEVER return phone calls, NEVER call to ask questions, and I am very disappointed, after all the commericals I have watch they give that impression that they are the BEST(not)...please look a little further before obtaining these guys. They DO NOT CARE.....all they care about is money for them, I was told this.... BEWARE.....

Wow, did they teach me about the process. The wreck was not my fault but I was being jerked around big time. I got to talk to the Strong Arm and his paralegal Jaqui, and she helped me out. The worst service you could ever receive. They dont return phone calls or emails. They send you to their doctors, then when its time to settle the insurance companies wont acknowledge the service rendered by the providers they send you to!!! Please find a firm that cares! You are better off doing it alone
