– NOT RECOMMENDED They came to our home Thursday, September 11th, Friday, September 12th & Saturday, September 13th to install a system to stabilize basement walls, cover with bright wall white board and install a sump pump. • They were scheduled to work 2 days, Thursday & Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. They were one to Two Hours late every day, worked beyond 5 p.m. every day and worked ½ day on Saturday. • We asked that the bright wall white board end at the window. They stopped the board 4 inches short of the window. • Sump pump was not installed at the location we requested. • Sloppy plumbing work ,Left hole in concrete wall for us to finish. • Left outside plumbing of sump pump for us to finish. • Ran discharge line from sump out above ground then turned it down to under ground leaving us with 1 ½” pvc plumbing pipe showing on front of our house. • We were not notified that another sheetrock wall would be busted out to make room for their tool and would need to be repaired. • Left mess of sheetrock and hydraulic fluid on the floors for us to clean. • Original quote was miss figured over charging us on our deposit by $ 50.00 • Concrete work around wall and new sump is very rough and uneven.

AFS provided professional sales and service with the Poly Level option to lift and stabilize our garage floor that had fallen up to five inches in one corner. While the original technician did run into an issue with the job he enlisted the help of his superiors and they regrouped, evaluated and sent out reinforcements who were successful in raising the slab as advertised. Any and all expectations were met once job was completed. AFS came highly recommended and I would be comfortable referring my friends and family for any services they offer. We had 9 floor jacks installed in the basement last June (2016). Workers were polite and respectful, but changes were made from original plans and were questioned by us, the owners because they did not make sense to us. They resulted in floor leveling not to the satisfaction of the owner. Some places that were adjusted very well and we see significant improvement. However, we can see little if any improvement in the area of the floor that needed adjusting the most. AFS does make an effort to satisfy the customer, and returned approximately 15% of charges. We appreciate the partial refund, but would rather have been more satisfied with the floor.

I recent needed crawlspace support from AFS. Adam, Ken and Josh were the crew that performed the job and did an outstanding job. Adam clearly explained the scope of work and completely answered any questions I had to the job and future needs. He even gave me some advice on other house matters that were truly appreciated. I never saw any member of the crew not engaged in the work and moving through the project. The site was completely cleaned up and my crawlspace is now nicer than some places I lived in college!
