Horrible, shady company. I told the sales person about the new gutter installation and asked him directly if that would be an issue. He said no problem at all. Then came the pre-install project manager arriving 1.5 hours late to the appointment to tell me the gutters were an issue and after speaking with them at length to cancel, kept on getting the run around..finally send they could send a courier to cancel. The courier was the sales guy who helped himself inside, had a seat(uninvited) on my couch..telling me he must have overlooked the gutters (refer to my second sentence in this review). He finally swiped on a tablet to tell me it was cancelled. Did not show me any proof of it being cancelled. I was just happy to get him out of the house. Called the company and asked for verification that it had been cancelled..the person kept on telling me "oh youcan trust us". I had to ask several times "I want it in writing". Finally got the answer "ohthat department is closed. They will call you tomorrow". DO NOT LET THESE GUYS SCAM YOU. Now I need to cancel the credit card they told me would only be opened once the job was done to pay for the job once it was completed, Figure out whether my contract was cancelled and wasted a total 8 hours of my time.

I wish I could say I had a wonderful experience with the company however it never got past the initial contact with the rep who approached me in my front yard. He was a nice person and could see that I had relatively new vinyl windows but I was busy raking so I agreed to talk to a dispatcher who tried to schedule an appointment. During the conversation she asked permission to release my phone number somthing somthing.... I was almost going to hang up and she could sense that so she finally let me go and get back to yard work. What a mistake this was!!! I really may have to change my personal cell number (which I also use for work.) I recieve no less than 5 spam calls from around the country each day. Robocalls, free cruises etc. I cannot help but to associate this with Power Home Remodeling selling my number to outsource parties.

We just had our new roof today. I can say this process went very easily and the installed roof looks fabulous!!!! Everything went smoothly and they step by step when through each part of the process. All the workers were very nice, cleaned the mess up and installed a beautiful new roof. The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and very nice not pushy at all. He did spend over 2hours with us but we were talking about roof and then just having a conversation. The operations manager I met was also above and beyond. They do over call with the confirmation appointments for the process but I suppose they do encounter people who probably blow then off. Thank you Power House!!! Appreciate the awesome job done!!

We originally decided to get our windows done on our house. As new owners we were looking for good quality that would last and be a good investment for the future. Our sales person was very knowledgable and understanding that this was a big project and investment. We did not feel pressured at all instead felt very comfortable with our choice. The install was easy, professional, and respectful of our home. We found it so easy to work with every level of employee and finding reasonable financing at Power that we have already requested quotes for other projects and even booked gutter and gutter guard installs within a month of the window install. Would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Right from the get go we had great customer service. Lindsey came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the amount of work we were going to receive. She walked us through the process step by step. She gave us a price that was locked in for a good amount of time. The measuring was quick but precise. Installation was done by Andre, one guy but worked like he was an entire crew. The visual aspects and performance of the windows are unbelievable. Extremely happy with the product sold to us. The follow up appointment went well and we booked our next appointment for the rest of our windows to get done! Great company overall and great customer service on all fronts. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the first person we met to provide us with information on the company and products, to the men who came to install our windows we could not be happier. They explain everything from the quality of the products to financing and installing. The variety of styles to choose from is large and can fit any style home. They show up when they say, and have been very accomodating to my schedule as I work the night shift. They clean up so well , you would not know they had been here.There were no surprises. Special thanks to James and Skylar. We would definatley reccommend power home remodeling.

I just moved into a new home and I the home inspector told us we needed a roof within 2 years. Their Consultant came out and gave us a thorough presentation and Inspection and Showed us areas of concern. We decided to use them because they were partnered with GAF, they have a venting system included in the roof and the craftsmanship of their work was the deciding factor in our choice to use Power. Everyone was kind and professional. When the job was complete they left no mess and was thorough in making sure there were no nails or debris left behind.

Project was smooth and they kept me informed with everything throughout the entire process. I did have an issue with the install though. in the initial meeting i was assured there would be 2 workers cleaning up during the entire process which is one of the reasons we went with them. Unfortunately there was only 1 worker and the cleanup was not good at all. i found a bunch of nails in my driveway and yard. I was a bit disappointed in this. i give 4 stars because the actual roof came out great just the cleanup was lacking.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! Salesman Greg was fantastic....informative and did NOT pressure us. Pre-inspection appointment was easy! Great communication and everyone has been on time! The crew who worked on our windows were superb! Worked well, polite and a job well done! Very happy with our windows....the follow up has been so good and we are starting work on a 2nd project with them!! Highly recommend!! A++++. Very happy customer!!

Our house was built in 1845 and we decided to use Powers windows and doors. We split the project in 2 waves for comfort financially and both times were a great experience. We cut out energy bills by almost 70%!!!! There was one issue last year with our door and they came out immediately and replaced it at no cost because it was fully covered in the warranty. We are very pleased with choosing Power and plan on referring them to family and friends.

Super satisfied with the work that PHR did at my house. From the sales rep, Danny Roachford whom did a thorough explanation of the product, to the site project manager, the crew chief and certainly, the crew itself, all did a great job! On time on the day of instal, to a detailed clean up at the end of the work. I certainly appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions even during the project. I highly recommend the company.

Great window company. Have had almost 20 windows installed the last 5 years. Completely professional company from the sales reps right to the installers. The installers always layed plastic down prior and cleaned up afterwards. The windows do an amazing job thermally in my 50+ year old house. My wife and I really love the windows and the company. The one man crew arrived on time are ready to go. I asked where was the rest of the crew and he said I am the crew. I was surprised and at that moment had a hit of concern which was erased switly. He was a machine. The end result was a high quality product installed in a 1943 home which made the home not only look fresh and clean but highly efficient as well!

A rep stopped by the house during a snow storm. We made an appointment. Two weeks later Jeremy and Pat came by, gave us a great 5 hour presentation, (Pat even helped make Valentines with our kids). Today 32 windows were installed and the crew was great. Clean, efficient, and very professional. The windows look unbelievable.
