Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning is indeed fortunate to be able to hire such capable, dependable, courteous and knowledgeable field service employees. Billy Spears is equal to any of the field reps who have visited my home since 2010 when I purchased the new furnace. They have checked out and repaired a number of problems, including the old furnace, the water heater and the A/C. Right Now is an appropriate name for the company. Billy was here in the PM after I called the Pocatello office in the AM. He knew immediately what was wrong with my A/C and made a prompt repair in a courteous, polite and professional manner. I cannot imagine calling anyone other than Right Now for home problems that they specialize in.

Field Technician Dax was quick and efficient. He identified the cause of our flame sensor needing constant cleaning, found a small leak in a line from our heater/compressor (had started to cause rust), and a wiring concern with our air conditioner. Overall a good experience.

I had a problem with my furnace not staying on. I had a technichan at my house in less then an hour. The technichan nick s. was very friendly. He was able to fix my furnace very fast. He also wore booties over his shoes to keep my house clean.
