As a Realtor, Broker Associate and Managing Broker for over 15 years, Alliant Title, hands down, is the best closing agencies I have done business with. Jim Grogan, as the closing agent is so on top of his game, not even once have I experienced a delay of closing as a result of the title agent/agency. He always takes time to work up preliminary closing cost for my clients. He goes out of his way to accommodate his clients. He even traveled long distance to close for an elderly couple so they would not have to drive! He is ALWAYS prepared. Awesome guy!!! Tim Olsen, Attorney, never hesitates to answer any related legal questions and also is exceptionally accommodating. Tim has provided excellent counsel for my clients that have terms and needs outside of the normal scope of the standard contracting for both commercial and residential. Another great guy! The entire staff is courteous and pleasant to work with. Also want to mention, you will not see inflated pricing from his company. i give my highest recommendation To use Alliant for your Title and real estate legal services. They will provide the legal guidance, security, confidence and peace of mind that you expect for a smooth closing. Happy closings!!! FYI, I do not recieve any compensation from Alliant Title. So my recommendation is truly a good business recommendation with no underlying motivation.

As a first time homebuyer, I had an excellent experience with Alliant Title and Escrow. My lender recommended them to me; however, as one who does lots of research and relies heavily on reviews when choosing the right people to work with, I did my homework on several title companies…and Alliant still came out on top. This team means business; they did not disappoint. From the beginning till I closed, Jim was super informative, patient, and I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me out. On the day that I closed, there were some hiccups from the seller’s side that could have potentially delayed closing. However, while I was sitting at the closing table in their office, I witnessed their entire team work together to get me the keys on that day…and they did. I knew I had chosen the right title company, and that experience on closing day solidified it. It was great to meet Jim, Michael, Tim, and the others in person. I highly recommend Alliant and would definitely work with them again in the future.

If you are looking for a Title company that gives a 110 percent look no further than Alliant Title and Escrow. I would highly recommend Jim Grogan and his team! I was working with very difficult sellers and the buyers side was having problems with their mortgage company. I believe had it not been for Jim Grogan’s knowledge and professionalism dealing with all sides of the transaction we never would have made it to the closing table. With emotions high as the closing was set for a Friday, last day of the month and the mortgage company stating they were off line, Jim worked diligently all day with all parties involved and we closed by the end of the day.

Amazing customer service. I had a issue with another title company that tried to charge me before hand and wanted me to sign documentation stating that if I do not purchase or the buyer back out or I back out for any reason funds from third party will be taken out of my escrow. I called this company and spoke with Tim who informed me how to handle the issue and get my check back and changed it to his company and Holly and their team did a great job taking care of me and providing me with the escrow letter to prevent my offer from canceling within the same day. Kind respectful and worth every penny!!!!! Love them!!!!
