I had service scheduled for my heating system, I was given a window of time that I should expect the technician. I took a half day off of work to be there. Two hours into the time frame I received a call that they were just realizing that they had not scheduled enough time for the technician and that they would have to reschedule. I inquired if it was possible to pay the tech overtime as I had taken time away from work and it was already a cost to me. I was told that it was not possible and that they did not even have the right technician available. I spoke with Dotsie, who gave me another time. I told her that I could be available at 8am to let the tech in and show them where the equipment was located. She reassured me that they would be here promptly at 8am. It is now 8:40 and noone has arrived. I am late to work and my furnaces have still not been serviced. I was treated very condescending on the phone and given a supervisors voicemail. I am VERY unimpressed. Very little irritates me as much as being treated like I am an annoyance when a service fails to provide what they have promised to provide!!
John Moreno, Jr. Has done my maintenance work today and on other occasions. He is extremely thorough and spends time explaining what he is doing and teaching me about my furnace and other related things in the house. Today I learned that I should be changing my carbon monoxide detector every 5 years so I bought a new one. I learned that I should have a surge protector for my house to protect the furnace and I had one and he showed me what it looks like. He explained that the heat should not be turned down too low during the day compared to the night. He showed me where heat returns were and heat exchanges were. He is very clean and careful in my house. I appreciate such great service. Debby Caryl
While this company has steeler reviews my experience has been quite different, Twice now I have called for emergency service and told both times that a tech would be out to the home and call me soon. After waiting 3 hours each time I call to find out....OOOOps we are too busy and can not get to you tonight. I asked both times to please call me as soon as possible so If i needed to find another company before 8-9pm I could. Nope neither time did I receive that call and only when I would call back would they deliver the bad news. This is sad, because I hear good things but I guess I am too small of a customer with 18 units.
No heat yesterday so we called to schedule service, but lo and behold, the heat came back so we canceled the appointment. Then today, Sunday, no heat again. Service expert John Moreno came by and worked on hour high efficiency Lennox. He explained what he was doing made sure we understood the issue. Needed a pressure switch and he asked about warranty. He looked at our paperwork and, yes!!!, the switch was still under warranty. Also, because we are on contract, we saved on the service call. Nice job John Moreno.
Craig came out to perform a furnace inspection. He was honest and took the time to explain what he was doing to the furnace. Furthermore, he didn’t try to push a new furnace or parts and accessories for the unit. I need a new thermostat and he didn’t even push that sale either. He simply told me what they recommend and even explained how to wire it up once I do get it (being the type of person who likes to do things myself). I will definitely be calling Falso when I need any HVAC work done!
John Moreno did a great job explaining everything that was going on and needed during our maintenance checks on our furnace and air conditioning. It was good seeing John again since last year and this year he made us feel very comfortable that we could trust what he was saying and doing. He was also very helpful by giving us good suggestions to fix some other issues related to our furnace and air conditioning systems.
Our 23 year old furnace died on a Friday. We started shopping around for furnace companies that day. Falso had a representative here the same day. They gave us a fair price and was able to schedule us for install that following Tuesday. Dan Strong, the service tech that installed our furnace, was outstanding! Dan was extremely professional, personable, and very skilled at his trade!
We needed a new furnace and we also installed central air, contacted Falso Service Experts, they set us up with an apt. with Bob Ryan, one of their sales consultants. He arrived on time, was very professional, personable and knew what he was talking about. We had our furnace and central air installed without any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone.
For over 30 years I have used Falso Service Experts. With Falso using its own telephone representative, I am restored to complete confidence. Everything I requested was known by the technician. He answered questions thoroughly and gave additional information - not sales tactics! By not using a phone service, this process from beginning to end was perfect.
We have used Falso/Service experts for last several years. This included bi-annual checkups, heating and air conditioning cleaning, furnace replacement, and water heater replacement. The technicians were respectful, proficient, and helpful with questions we had. They were reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
Very neat,professional and informative. Kept me informed as work progressed .,problems were found with the furnace. Because of age of furnace and possible solutions offered by John it was decided that replacing furnace was probably the best solution to follow. John set up meeting with home rep for following week.
Shaun, Dave, and Paul installed my new furnace and AC system this month, and they absolutely wonderful. Very professional and competent. John Moreno has been amazingly helpful and informative with the entire process of explaining the systems and getting my household set up comfortably.
Eric Kessler was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to fix a serious plumbing problem within hours of my calling for help, and I am very grateful for this. Eric also took time to advise me about the maintenance of my water heating system. Thank you, Eric!
Just had our air conditioner routine maintenance performed and very happy with the service. Our technician (Garrett David) was extremely professional, friendly, and conscientious of his work. He had good communication and arrived well within the scheduling window. Thank you.
Garrett did a terrific job this morning. He checked out the furnace, cleaned everything, checked the settings, helped me with my new NEST thermostat and got me out in time for an appointment. He also helped me schedule our next appointment and save $$$!
Paul was a wonderful technician. He was polite, personable, and professional. He explained everything very well, gave me a couple of wonderful tips, and left the workspace around my furnace in tip top shape. It was a great experience working with him.
Recently had to replace our furnace. Bob Ryan the sale person was very thorough in explaining the costs involved, no pressure to buy the highest end models. Installation crew were friendly and left the job site cleaner than when they started.
Falso installed my Lennox furnace, which has given me a year of problem-free heat. Their service personnel are top-notch, and the financing agreement I got through them was wonderful. Ny first service appointment was quick and easy.
