Paul quoted us an amount of $129 for our insurance and renter insurance. When we agreed to set up automatic bill pay we were charged $160 every month with no reason as to why. I called to report this and was told my money would be credited to my next bill but never was. I called again and was given the run around about having to contact so and so before we could move farther. My problem was never resolved. When asked if I could speak to a manger I was always told they were busy and and the associate could help me. I was ripped off and am very upset about it.

Tall Paul was nice in the beginning but then he moved up and his little peons took over and things have steadily became worse and worse. I will definitely be moving my service elsewhere. My bill never stayed the same and was no where near where it was suppose to be.
