I would give him less if I could. Justin Aller and his staff are incapable of handling documents, claim no responsibility when they make a mistake, and turn to personal attacks and refusal of service rather than to do the right thing and rectify the issue. Avoid this agent at all costs. Your policy is not a priority with him; I was told several times that they have millions of clients and that I should just go elsewhere for service. He failed to investigate conflicting information and never bothered to follow up on the matter.
