She was very knowledgable and helpful and gave suggestions based on our budget, which was a pleasant surprise from some of the other travel agencies we contacted. Every time I go into this office, they have exactly what I am looking for and there is always plenty of staff in all departments to assist with my needs. Just a hint- keep them in mind for great stocking stuffers for Christmas. Have lots of fun items that work for that!
