I became a client of Affordable American Insurance over a year ago and quickly realized the amount of knowledge Rick has in the industry, and the high level of customer service the company provides. Rick helped to find the right auto, home and umbrella policies for me and my family. Rick took the time and explaining policy questions and was diligent in making sure I understood the details surrounding the policies. Another thing I have been impressed with is the amount of customer service I have received from Rick and Joy. We found Rick on the internet. His agency provided competitive prices which saved us loads of $$ and paperwork from our prior insurance agency. He was persistent, but not pushy, so when our hectic lives slowed down for a minute, we knew who to call to make the change. I have both my personal Auto and Home Owners insurance through Rick as well as my business General Liability and E&O insurance. Rick is courteous and his rates are very competitve because he is not just working with one insurance carrier. By being an agent for multiple insurance companies, he takes care of the leg work on making sure I am getting the best deal, which saves me the time of trying to get a bunch of quotes and the risk of winding up with an agent who does not really care about me and my family.

I dont understand how anyone could buy insurance online without an agent. The Information Rick provides is worth every penny. Its invaluable. Shopping online with a company that doesnt even know who you are is a joke. Rick took to heart my every need for my family, business and me. He CARES about his customers unlike geico who cares only about their bottom line. I know now that if something happens I have Rick to call who knows me and knows my situation. Thanks Rick!!!
