I am always embarrassed to have to get a "fill-in-the-gap" loan. However, I never feel "judged" or ridiculed when I visit Check City. Every time I have gone into Check City. They are well informed and pleasantly make time for me to learn what they have to help me. I leave there feeling much better. They are kind, friendly, and helpful, and they always meet my needs. *Oh, yes, I do miss the Friday treats and drinks; that was very thoughtful; especially on those HOT days in Lakewood, Colorado. ;) Thanks for everything and THANKS FOR BEING THERE! Nefertiti-The first time I used this service I was truely embarrased. I had never had to rely on something like this before, but my car had borken down and I was in a serious bind. My friend recommended I use them and I am sure glad I did. They made it very painless and super quick to get in and out and on my way. I have since used them one other time and all has been well. I totally apprecate the time and effort that goes into their great customer service and I will continue to keep them as a business in good standing with me and my finances. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Awesome customer service, always friendly when I go in. I was in a pinch and totally spaced to pay them this past week, I gave them a call to let them know what happened and they extended it another week for me. They are awesome and will work with you if you call them! Lots of people are scared to call loan places when they are in a pinch but they will help! I love this place because they are Quick and Easy to get a loan with .. And everyone is always so nice .. They Also are open longer hours thean any other loan place I know and are even open late and on the weekends.. So those of us that work all day and cant make it in by 6 during the week and dont want to get up and be there before noon on a sat morning, Its perfect .. Thanks L Gingles

Check the cash they give you before you leave, I was given a counterfeit $100 bill last night, the bank took it from me when I tried to deposit it. Not only was it humiliating to be told by your bank that you tried depositing fake money but it was devastating to know that my trust with Check City had been broken. They gave me fake money and for that I will never go back there again.

I have actually been to alot of netspend locations, but check city off wadsworth and jewell is by far the friendliest location ive ever been to. I actually drive even knowing this is the only location in the denver metro area about 22 miles to cash my check or load my card.

I went into this Check City to sell some old gold jewelry I had. The woman who was helping me told me most of my gold was not gold after she had tested it. I left and went down the street and sold all of what she said to be was fake! DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD HERE!
