MeccaNoid Madness

I fell and broke my hip on rental property that did not have railings on their steps. I called this law firm and started the law suit. The first person I talked with was the lawyer, Melisa, to get started, this process took about 2 month, I would rate it a C. During this hole process I only talked to her 2 times. The next step was handled by their legal aids, where they had to gather the paper work from the hospital, doctors and rehab., this process took a long time, about 9-10 month, I would rate it a D. The next step was negation with the property holder insurance co., this was handled by Stephanie, she was the best person to deal with, she would call me every week and give me a status of the progress. This process took about 2 month, I would rate it a A. The final step was disbursement, this was handled by Alison. This process took about 3 month, I would rate it a B. The process from start to finish took about a year and a half. I would give this law firm a final rating of a solid B. Stephanie shined above everyone that I dealt with. This was my first (and I hope my last) law suit. I did not know that my insurance co. would get about 1/3 of the settlement. I only got about 1/3 of the settlement, but that is better then nothing !!!

Apparently there is a reason they have to spend so much money on advertising every year........because no one in their right mind would never ever hire these morons based on what really goes on there and the services you will receive. Their staff is rude and they outright lied to me on several occasions. Carey/Leisure and their staff are the reason attorneys get such a bad name. I will never recommend Carey & Leisure to anyone and I am ashamed of myself for hiring them.....consult a real law practice and not a bunch of ambulance chasing idiots.
