I was referred to Burnett an Driskill by another Lawyer that I had previously used and I could not be more happy that I was referred to them. I have been dealing with a short term disability claim that had been denied after being approved since April and I felt at a complete loss, not knowing what to do or if I even had a chance to get this problem fixed. I reached out to Burnett and Driskill and spoke with the attorney Kyle Sciolaro, he spoke with my for 45 minutes on the phone, advised what I should do and even made the point to email me and continued to stay in touch until the claim was finally approved today. We never had to pursue any legal actions though he really gave me a peace of mind and made me feel that I had support. The amount of care and knowledge he has is remarkable, he is one of a kind and I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal help. Kyle from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Drove about 250 miles for an appointment just to be turned down at the front desk, just because they did not asked 1 simple question over the phone. The reason they turned me down was I did not have a recent treatment with -in the last 6 months. Only to find out by the S.S. them selves that I DID NOT NEED A RECENT TREATMENT at all. THEY LIED TO ME! On top of that, I could not find anybody else in short notice to help with my Hearing in front of the Judge. What do you know, I LOST THE HEARING! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO "MY RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION"?!?!? UPDATE (9/16/17): What do you know?!?! They never contacted me after I read the "Owner" response and tried to contact them via contact form threw there website. Way to go on having a bad customer service and t trampoline peoples rights to have legal representation!

I thought this firm was fantastic. Every time I called, which was several times, the receptionist was very polite and sometimes could even answer my question without transferring me to my attorney. I have to say the best thing that Burnett and Driskill did for me was assign me to Attorney Kyle Sciolaro. I know there were others in acquiring information and submitting requests for needed information and I appreciate them also, however Kyle was the best attorney I have ever dealt with! He is so polite and actually listens. He is prepared and organized. He gets right back to you with any question , concern or case change status. I can not say enough positive things and I am so glad he was appointed my attorney. He has been a life saver and I will never forget that..Thank you Burnett & Driskill
