Was under capped pricing program, every delivery I was charged to current rate and not my capped price which was lower. And when oil went down and the pricing was less than my cap they figured out how to charge me at my capped pricing instead of the current market price as should have been charged under their terms of the plan. Had a service plan and an issue where a tech came out. Magically my issue was not under the service plan as they deemed in "pre-existing" when they had delivered more oil that season than my tank can hold so obviously my furnace was working. Wanted to charge me $450 to fix. Called another company and they fixed it for $80. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOMATIC TLC/HOP ENERGY

I have dealt with this company I felt I was ripped off by pricing again I made a contract and paid more than local pricing I made this mistake . I am fine that I called it a learning lesson. Then came the contract for service of which I had a bill 500.00 when it was lower the first time I purchased that contract. The problem is I felt they were taken advantage of me.Everyone in the office wanted me to re do an oil contract and then the service contract. The service contract had so many different prices from the office I decided to leave them and find a new company.

Unbelievable. I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. Our first delivery was $1.39. Cap rate is $1.79. So after first delivery, only a month later, they came again and charged the cap rate. Researched the current rate: @$1.50. We called and were told we would have to pay cancellation fee of $200 to stop automatic delivery. CANNOT WAIT TO CANCEL.

Stay clear of this company anything they offer will sound good but ultimately you will get hit hard in your pockets and best believe they will take you to court to make sure they get the money they claim you owe!! Pay attention to the reviews, this company is not worth the aggravated nor the time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

this is a terrible company to use. they goal to to steal from the consumer. i was having financial problems and i called them. the person on the phone gave me a quote for 800 gallons of fuel and i made all my payments and then they billed me for 1500 more dollars. if you have had problems with this company let them know

Horrible company to deal with. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM, SERVICE OR AUTOMATIC OIL DELIVERY Capped pricing is a joke, oil is much lower but they dont give you that price, they give you their made up "prevailing retail price" Stay clear of them, you have been warned
