I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience using this company. It was quick and easy to get a hold of them and set up an appointment. The people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. They came out quickly after I called. The technician was very courteous, he took off his shoes when he entered my house and explained to me the problem with my furnace. Even though he was there fixing things for almost an hour my bill was well under a hundred dollars. I did not feel like I was being ripped off or anything. I had originally tried calling the company that installed my heater but only was able to reach a voicemail. I left them multiple messages and am still waiting to hear back from them actually, and this was a couple weeks ago. A friend of mine had actually used comfort first in the past and recommended them to me. She had another company come out to fix her heater and they wanted to replace it at the cost of thousands of dollars. She then called comfort first to get a second opinion and they were able to fix her existing furnace at a small fraction of the cost. My overall experience with this company was awesome and stress free. I will definitely use them in the future if I need them and highly recommend them.

I would very highly recommend Comfort First to all. Had a whole house humidifier installed and a recommended larger air filter sheet metal box to fix Inadequate return air problem they found causing furnace to over heat and short cycle. The installation, service and followup to verify installation and corrections made were outstanding. Their initail whole house system and air leaks evaluation was awesome. It is a pleasure to deal with professionals who know what they are doing and deal with actual testing and data results before and after. Comfort First is now my go to HVAC team. Prices were very competitive. Best HVAC service and installation experience. 1 week later the Humidifier and furnace air flow are working great.

My air conditioning system recently needed service and I called Comfort First. I spoke with Ashley to set up an appointment. She has a wonderful smile in her voice, so rare to find these days. A great first impression. The service tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the a/c system. He gave me a complete and easy to understand repair estimate. And when he came into my home he was mindful not to track any dirt onto my carpeting. A good experience with this company. I will do business with them in the future.

Comfort First was assigned to do an energy audit of my home through a grant in which I was participating. They did a great job. They spent about 3-4 hours conducing the audit and then another hour+ explain all of my options. They did not pressure me into options that I did not want and all of the people I had and still have contact with have been extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to all of my friends and I plan on continuing to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Comfort first did a great job from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive especially with their warranties. Jake did a great job describing to me what I would be getting with my new furnace, ductwork, central air, and hot water heater. The install guys, Nate and Andrew, were very courteous of my house, performed the work just as proposed and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Overall great experience and I love my new equipment!

Ok, So I waited a year to write this review. I had comfort first come in and install a new furnace, water heater, AC, and insulation. The company has been great to work with an so for no issues with any of the equipment at all. They just came out and did the year inspection and it went great. Very friendly and informative! Assessed the problem within 2 minutes (a wiring problem), fixed it, and then continued on with maintenance and other general checks to insure that everything was running as expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who has heating or cooling problems!

These guys just installed a steel liner in my chimney, moved my wood/oil burning furnace 180ﾟ, and revamped all of the supply and cold air return duct work. The workmanship was excellent and the guys were high quality professionals.
