Normally I DO NOT write reviews, however I feel compelled to talk about my HVAC purchasing experience. I recently purchased a new HVAC system from Peachtree Service Experts and I must admit this company exceeded my expectations. The technicians that I dealt with (Tony, Ritchie, and Adrian) were extremely knowledge and professional. Tony (the initial technician who looked at my old furnace) was smart and approachable. Adrian and Ritchie (the gentlemen who installed my new system) were thorough, professional, and very intelligent. And last but certainly not least. I can’t write this review without mentioning Preston (the Residential Sales Consultant). Preston did an awesome job explaining the various HVAC options that I was able to choose from and he too was professional and utilized great communication skills. I can’t speak for other customers but I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with their furnace/AC. Also, I want to point out that NO ONE paid me to write this review, as an individual who works in public service; I value excellent customer service and great products. Hands down - Peachtree Service Experts are the Real Deal. Also, as I mentioned at the beginning of this review I do not write reviews unless a company (or person) provides Outstanding service and that’s exactly what this company did. Sincerely, one happy (and warm) customer!

Have used these guys for years. However my most recent dealings with one of their techs led me to question their diagnosis. My AC went down just a few days after one of their techs had done the twice yearly system inspection. I called and they sent out a different tech who indicated the fan motor would need to be replaced. My understanding was the cost would be 800 bucks unless freon was needed then it would be more. The funny thing is that the previous tech had already put 10 oz of freon during the earlier inspection. That alone made me suspicious and I called another company which only replaced the fan capacitor. The unit was up and running and has done so since then and for far less money. Well the other part of the story is that they sent me a survey some days later which I marked rather low and was called by Rick. I told Rick the story and he told me he needed to look at the records and would get back to me. Never heard from the guy again. So I think in the future I will be getting a second opinion for a lot other repairs.

I was very disappointed in the last visit. Peachtree Service Experts continually tries to hard to upscale services. I feel to much pressure is applied to technicians to sell rather then maintain. I’m not sure that many of the questionable suggestions made are at the best interest of the customer. We had other work done in the crawl space of which none of the suggested repair by your technician was noted.I am older and disabled. My Friends come over to check work done by technicians. I had a second option given after your technician was here. The line was fixed from whatever happened. A full replace of the line was not needed. We live in a close knit neighborhood where we share information about professional services with each other.There is a voiced common thread to a concern that Service Experts is overly enthusiastic in its upscaling practices.

Two months a go I purchased house. Previous owner had service contract with Peachtree Heating and Air. I called the company about one left over service. Lady at the company phone was very nice and scheduled service. Today someone call form the company abut our service day. Richard the tech. call us and came right between the schedule time frame. He checked everything thoroughly, changed filter, clean inside system with poring some comical in the pipe line. Outside he checked Freon and other parts. He cleaned outside and in side of unit with some acidic chemicals. With this my 22 yeas old unit not only looks clean but runs like new one. Thanks Richard and Peachtree for providing an excellent service.

Con artists, will steal every last penny you have and then some. The technicians have no experience, no knowledge. They will just prefer to sell you a new furnace vs. Actually trying to figure out what is wrong. Their diagnostic tool that said I needed a $900.00 part as well must have been malfunctioning. I had it fixed by another local co. For $80.00, no new parts needed, just an hour of time by a real hvac tech. These guys tried to sell me a new furnace and a.c. unit, had me sitting in a freezing house for 5 days....Please Stay away!

We purchased a Lennox Mini-Split 3 years ago. The salesman told us that we had a ten year warranty with parts and labor for seven years. The installer told us the warranty was seven years, and now we find that Lennox is offering a five year warranty. So, these guys come out, charge $99 to look at it and say that the evaporator coil is bad and that Lennox is going to replace the head, but we will have to pay and additional $785 for the labor to get this thing fixed. I doubt if we will be using Peachtree Service Experts in the future.

Mark up for parts are ridiculous! A part that cost $19.92 at home depot, they charge $207.00 along with a service charge to diagnosis the problem. I will never use them again. RIP-OFF! I am report them to the Better Business Bureau

The tech told me also a 292.00 per pound for freon. Also the 2 capasitors that he said were week and needed to be replaced for 550.00 were not. Thank god i had another ac service come out. The cost was 255 total!!
