We found mold inside our house due to water coming in through gaps between the siding and windows. We contacted K&H since they had done a great job the first time we used them. The response was light speed. Bernie, the owner, called us personally, recognizing the severity of our situation and made sure the new siding was available and his crew ready to go. Once our HOA approved the colors, (the only waiting endured), the materials were on-site and being installed. Hats off to Gideon the site supervisor!. He made sure the crew was there every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm working hard and making sure the job was done on time and the right way. When they were done, the only way you knew they were there was the beautiful James Hardy siding! I want to Thank Bernie, Gideon, Bob Hall, John Convy, Patricia and everyone involved in taking such a huge problem and making it manageable. The personal service provided by the owner was greatly appreciated. This kind of attention is why we have used K&H before and will continue to use them when more home improvement needs come up in the future!

K&H Windows replaced my existing aluminum double pane windows in a 20 year old house with triple pane Gorrell vinyl windows. The install was done in the summer and we immediately felt the difference throughout our home in comfort and energy consumption with the monthly utility bills. The whole house installation of 14 windows was completed in one day with only one minor problem; the windows in the basement were not installed per the local jurisdiction egress requirements. I contacted K&H windows after finding this out and they worked with me and the local jurisdiction in replacing the non-conforming window the following spring, at no cost to me. I own a 50year old house off of 6 andPotomac in Aurora. It had the original Metal windows when i purchased the home and have lived there for over 3 years. Just saved up enough money to purchase new windows for the home and I, after alot of research chose K&H to replace them. My windows are Beautiful! The installers and office staff were very attentive to my needs and answered any questions I had. My windows have been isntalled for over 6 months now and my energy bill continues to go down every month as well as savings in Cleaning supplies with the easy lift and tilt windows I purchased. K & H is a true company of their word. Everything we were promised was delivered. The windows came in on time. The installation crew was efficient and timely. The Gorell Triple Pane windows are amazing-from almost completely eliminating outside noise, to keeping heat out, reducing our electric bill greatly and giving our home a great look. Our salesperson Brian was very professional-not bad mouthing other companies-just simply relying on a great product. The owner, Bernie, is of great moral character, and stands by his word, even if it is not in writing. Thank you K & H for a great experience and a fantastic window!

My experience with this company is sweet and bitter, Karl was great but the rest of this company was not customer friendly at all, whomever answers the phones for them is not informative about their company employees or who does what in the office, well I initially did not qualify for finance that was said before I was contacted by their cooperated finance companies, but I had other ways of paying for 13 windows to be installed, so, since I did not qualify I tried to contact Jeffrey several times to discuss paying, I was not able get him on the phone so I just gave up and went to their competitor (Window World).

The gentleman who came to give us a quote was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Unfortunately, for the project we are doing we need a customized build. However, after the quote, someone from K & H called 10 times in one week but never left a message. I did not know it was K & H calling until the endless calls caused so many probles for me at work that I called the number to tell them to stop calling me. They then had me take a "survey" about my experience. Unbelievable! Even if they had been able to do my project I would not hire them after this obnoxious way of "following up".

What a difference new windows make. I love my new K and H windows! I heard about K and H from the Tom Martino show after some of the windows in my home had already been replaced. The whole experience was very positive. The installers were on time, polite, and very professional. One FABULOUS company... David Hass December 31, 2010. K&H did an outstanding job of replacing our old, leaky and inefficient windows with great looking, energy efficient triple pane windows. I love the look the new windows have given to our home and could not be more pleased with the energy savings we are getting. K & H deserves five stars as they earned it on this job. We live in Boulder County and got a bid from K & H on five windows in the kitchen and dining room. They priced their vinyl top of the line windows and we signed up with a deposit. Long story made short, we are in a high-fire zone so K & H could only get a building permit from Boulder for Milgard fiberglass custom made windows. K & H honored that county requirement for us and honored their original price. Fantastic customer service!!

My job consisted of a number of picture window sized frameless window “lights,” half of which were trapezoids. I learned early on that window lights present special problems during installation. Despite some installation issues, the results of the job were good. The company addressed my concerns and I look forward to seeing my investment returned in lower utility bills.

You really get what you pay for with K&H. They are fantastic. I have used them to replace all my windows and exterior doors in my house that was built in 1888! They are friendly and experienced and really do such quality work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Company uses insta trim on the outside of the window, no spray foam around the perimeter of the window, Warranty does not include any labor and the windows are very drafty after only 2 years due to poor design and installation, would not recommend
