Love my life long STCU branch. A bit confused by the previous two reviews. I have always reached a person with a quick phone call. (Yes, they did recently increase the length of voice recording until you can pick your option. But the timing is ok. STCU should shorten the length.) And you can deposit as much money as you want any evening and have it ready for use the next day. This branch has always been quiet, quick and helpful. Clean bathrooms too! Shred day was a headache for both shreddees and those trying to conduct banking. I was doing both that day and had to sneak around the back with my shredding in order to avoid the 15 minutest wait. Try to improve upon that next year without taking away the awesome shred day service.

I have always had a great experience with stcu you guys always fix my issues fast and in a friendly manner I have had nothing but issues with banks so my no switched me to stcu when I was 18 and I have used u guys ever since then thank you for always helping us out
