1st Rate Home Mortgage made the entire refinance process very easy. Chris Brown, our contact, was extremely professional and guided us through the entire process getting us the best interest rate available. Thanks to Chris, there was very little leg work that I had to perform to finalize the new loan. With the exception of the final signing, every document signing was handled electronically and Chris and his assistant were extremely proactive in keeping us on track with what we needed to sign as well as any other steps we needed to complete to keep the refi on track. I would not hesitate to recommend 1st Rate Mortgage to other friends and colleagues seeking to refinance their home!
