Had to get a Hard Money loan to close a RE deal in 2 days. Since the deal did not allow my wife and I the usual timetable to get a traditional mortgage, our "traditional" lender suggested a Hard Money loan and highly recommended Mike to us. We did not know what "Hard money" meant and was extremely apprehensive about it. Mike tried his best to calm our concerns but it all sounded too easy and we did not think it could happen as fast as he said it would. We decided to just trust him and went along with what he was telling us that he could do for us. He came thru for us without a glitch. Everything he promised on the phone was presented for our signatures at closing. We contacted him around 4pm on Wednesday and we closed on Friday at 1pm. That was less than the two days he promised. His fees turned out to be very competitive and the interest rate he quoted was delivered. We now look forward to working with him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
