Paul steered us away from some of the other, less beneficial programs on the market and reassured us that we already had the best loan vehicle at our disposal through the VA. Thanks Paul for personally "holding our hand" through our first experience with a home purchase. And, of course, we closed escrow with no issues ahead of time. There was no "11th hour" mad dash to fix some missed issue.
