Phizacklea was "exactly" the guy we needed to get our loan. Being our 4th home mortgage we have worked with enough lenders to know Adam is the guy we will recommend and call for any loan needs! He was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to answer and explain things. We were going to go with another guy for our lending needs until we switched to our realtor Jennifer Caron. (who will be getting an awesome review next) Jennifer recommended we call Adam after I told her how things were going with our other lender. Adam worked extra hard to get us closed on time and even tried to get us to the closing table early. He did a great job getting us extra savings where he was able to maximize our credits, so much so that we got a check when we closed! Adam made sure to get all the paperwork and income information needed to get us pre-approved for the right amount so there was not any surprise when we went to underwriting. He gave great advise when we needed it. You can tell he loves his job. We would strongly recommend him to anyone.

When the sellers of our house demanded we use a conventional loan and close in under 30 days, Mario leaped into action and got everything done.
