My wife and I were first time buyers and were referred to Roman by a friend. We had a ton of questions about the whole loan process and found Roman very helpful and responsive in addressing all of them. We were stretching ourselves to afford a house in a very competitive market, and Roman designed several options for effectively use our down payment and manage our monthly payment. We bid on 7 different properties through the summer and he was quick and thorough in telling us our expected payments and producing pre approval letters on short notice. For the loan application and closing, he was excellent in guiding us through the process and answering our many panicked questions, patiently explaining everything. Our buyer agent was also impressed with his responsive and thorough work. It is clear to us now how important having an accessible and responsive loan person is for buying a home and feel fortunate to have worked with Roman for our first purchase. We enthusiastically recommend Roman and plan to work with him again in the future.

Roman works diligently He spent a lot time to find the right company that can meet my special requirements. Before contacting Roman, I talked with several mortgage brokers, but none of them could refinance my property to a lower rate. Roman found one for me, and the interest rate was very appealing. To ensure the mortgage application to be closed on time, Roman guided the entire application process meticulously: collecting all the relevant information, getting pay off quote from the current mortgagee, verifying credit scores via a third party, tracking the appraisal status, etc. One good thing about Roman is that the lawyer came to my house to close the mortgage application at 8:00 PM, which was very very convenient to me.
