This started out to be a really good experience. I had an issue with my water spigot outside of my kitchen. It was leaking and needed repair. The price was a little high at $380.00 for replacing it, but since they were out here on a Saturday, I went with it. Let me say, this has absolutely nothing to do with the service technician (James Sabourin). He did an excellent job, was fast and courteous, and did a good job. However, he noticed the yard hose spigot (on the same repair) was leaking and suggested changing it. I asked him if he had the part, he did, so I said "sure, change it." This is an $8.00 hose spigot every person reading this is familiar with when they water their yard with a hose. He was still in the middle of completing the other repair so it was no additional service call. Literally took him two minutes to put on. When it came time to pay, I got a bill for $510.00. I was flabbergasted. I asked him, "you mean to tell me that an $8.00 spigot that took you two minutes to put was $130.00?" I could understand if I had them return on another call, or he was finished and ready to leave and had to come back with his tools, but he was literally finishing what he was doing and added the spigot. I can purchase and change this myself (and will) in a manner of minutes. You talk about terrible customer service. James almost had me ready to order the yearly air conditioning service as well. Not anymore. Instead of having a repeat customer for plumbing and a future customer for air conditioning, I will never use their service again. I will also let my family and friends know to avoid them. Unbelievably disappointing.

Our home was recently invaded by a family of rats looking to create their own watering hole in the attic by chewing through the Aquapex water line. With Fresno in a 4-year drought these creatures were looking for water in any place that they could find it. The leak they created made its way through the ceiling in the kitchen and caused us to seek an immediate repair. Our insurance company recommended Allbritten, The Barefoot Plumber, so I we called to schedule an appointment. Meagan, in their Customer Service Department could not have been more efficient in ensuring that we had the earliest available time for their specialist to make the the call. When Aaron arrived the next morning we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgable, and efficient plumbing repair person. Aaron went right to work to locate the leak, cut and replace the chewed section of Aquapex and make a leak test to further ensure that the job was properly completed. He then went out of his way to give us some background on rat behavior so that we could relay it to our pest control service and hopefully avoid a repeat performance. Would we recommend Allbritten to another person in need of a plumbing problem? Absolutely, and with the knowledge that the job would be done right, completed on time, and reasonably priced. Their customer service staff and repair service personnel made a good outcome out of a bad situation. Way to go Allbritten!

While reviewing several of the reviews on the internet I was somewhat apprehensive about using Allbritten, but when the air conditioner is not pumping out any cool air, you cannot wait. I was disappointed that I could not get the $9.95 diagnostic that was advertise on many of the sport talk shows, but again no cool air. Chad and Aaron came out to the house actually earlier that appointed time and did a terrific job, extremely courteous while explaining what they had found and what they were going do. Great job

Allbritten Plumbing has consistently met my expectations and provided excellent and courteous service. A year and a half ago Juan provided excellent and timely service installing a new hot water heater. Most recently, Ebert re-plumbed my main water supply, installed a new ball valve for the main and a new ball valve when he installed new sprinkler valves. He is a very friendly and courteous person, fully explained the job at hand, and demonstrated obvious pride in his workmanship.

Had an issue with my heater and called for service at 2PM. Ian C and partner were on site by 4:30PM. They were a clean cut and professional duo. They explained what they would do and invited me to observe or ask any questions I may have. They troubleshot by system thoroughly and provided a detailed synopsis and recommendation. I felt very informed and comfortable working with them. Straight forward, professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.

They came out to diagnose the problem with one of our units that serviced our conference room. The unit was over 20 years old and had a leaky coil. Allbritten recommended replacement. After doing my due diligence getting a couple other quotes, Allbritten came back with the best price with the best equipment (Carrier). Within a couple days, we had our new unit installed by a group of professional men. Everything went smoothly. Great job!
