We had Total Comfort install a propane tank for gas appliances we recently purchased (gas stove, gas dryer) and they were amazing! By far the best price, excellent customer service and follow up. A couple weeks later we were having issues with our hot water and they were over our house within a couple of hours. Again, excellent customer service and got the job done after a couple of hiccups (not their fault, just an old system in our newly purchased home) Their pricing is incredibly fair, and their office and crew are all incredibly friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. Having worked in the trades for nearly 7 years myself, I have a good feel for what contractors are out there to only make a buck, and what contractors are out there to really do quality work. Total Comfort is definitely quality and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have an annual service contract with Total Comfort and I highly recommend it. They provide a semi-annual inspection and cleaning and my system has always worked great and looks almost new. Each technician has been professional and knowledgeable. John was my technician. Work and clean-up was fantastic. Even though I said it was not necessary, it is their policy to wear the shoe covers so as not to track anything in the house. This little step may not seem like much but it is what sets a company apart from others. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain what he did and any potential problems to look for. Always satisfied with their service and employees.

Had an appointment from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Friday, company supposed to call me half an hr before arrival, was at the house at 12:45 pm, waited until 2:30 pm, called them, the lady said technicians had a commercial emergency, at some other place, wanted me to reschedule for Monday, could not come for the appointment. No way to stay in business if they treat customers like this.

Not able to give less than 1 star. Paid over $3000 dollars for new unit. One year later had to replace the blower motor (over $300). Less than a year after that, blower stopped working again. They want to charge $90 to look at it. I would recommend buying from somewhere else.

Look elsewhere They never follow-up with their online requests or phone calls. You always are promised a call back and it never comes. If you are looking to be ignored and receive poor service, this is your one stop shop - you will receive both - guaranteed!

If you live in the Volusia or Flagler area, I would highly recommend Total Comfort for all of your HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and even LP Gas services. They are a one stop shop. I have had nothing but good experience using Total Comfort!
