We moved into an older home 4 years ago, we rode out the 27 year old system for as long as we could before the heater in the back of the house gave up. We were not in a great place to replace the whole system, but they were running a special, buy a AC (also 20 years old) get a free heater AND water heater...I mean...we took the whole lot of it (grateful for 0% financing) the crew (three vans of guys) showed up at 8:00 on Monday (the window was 8:00-12:00 for arrival) and worked until 6:00 that night with a 45 minute lunch. Then Tyson and Victor showed up the second day to finish up (again at 8:00 AM and worked with a lunch break until 5:00) they walked me through all my fully updated equipment and explained the warranties. They even swept out my furnace area leaving it much cleaner than when they got here. It was a huge purchase, and I was nervous to pull the trigger, but the professionalism of the whole crew made me and my wife feel like we made the right choice. I never write reviews, but these guys worked hard and deserved a 5 star review.

Service Experts is an outstanding company to do business with. They installed and have been servicing our furnace for the last 8 years. Sunday morning when our furnace was not working, we submitted a work request, not thinking they would come on a Sunday. An hour after we submitted the service request, George was on our doorstep. George has been in our home on a regular basis over the years, servicing our furnace, and we love having him. He explains in detail what the problem is, what needs to be done to fix it and quickly does what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Service Experts Heating and Air. And ask for George to come to your home!

This company is extremely aggressive in making calls. After refusing to use them one and a half years ago to replace my cooling/heating unit because of their inability to repair my cooling unit and their ridiculous price for a new furnace and also mainly because I found someone who fixed the system at a much lower rate, I am still getting calls from their Provo office almost everyday. I had their phone numbers blocked for a while and now that I change my phone company I am getting their almost daily calls again. You will be very sorry if you do business with them.

I was totally impressed with the professional work that Rob and Ken Did for us. We were living without heat and afraid to do anything because of a factory recall in our furnace. These guys Droped everyrhing and came to check out the issue even lending is a portable heater while we waited in the manufacturer to send out the repair equipment. When looking further into the problem They found another solution that saved us hundreds. They really impressed us .. We would never go any where else!

My outside faucets were leaking when I turned them on this spring, one pretty badly. I called on Saturday, and Jay Shupe showed up first thing Monday morning. He diagnosed the problem within a few seconds, made the repair, and even solved another leak I was experiencing because I had installed one section with the wrong threading components.
