Excellent!!! We are so pleased with Air Pros. They have been excellent from beginning to end. Nissim was very helpful in providing his proposal, helping us evaluate our options and with coordinating the financing. We had quite a bit of work done, new A/C, furnace and tankless water heater. The work crews were very professional, and did a great job. Martha (and Brian) took great care in scheduling everything and maintained continual communication throughout the process. Excellent follow-through and we qualified for the energy rebates...Yay! Air Pros handled the whole energy application process. Our home is amazingly efficient now..... the balanced distribution of air/heat throughout the whole house is amazing. Highly recommend them!!

Our previously scheduled appointment had to be cancelled because someone had an emergency. We set up a new date, and I was told that our job would be the first in the day, at 9AM. Yesterday I had a phone reminder of the 9 - 11AM timeline. I took the dog for an essential walk, aiming to be back at 8:45, which I was. At 8:23AM I got a call from the always impeccably well mannered David that he had arrived at the job site. It transpires that on Fridays the start time is earlier than 9AM. David was very gracious about the situation, and he and John did a wonderful job and explained everything to me carefully. They get 5 stars. Perhaps there needs to be better communication between the office and the technicians.

They are very professional and their service is prompt and impeccable! Extremely competent and on time. They responded promptly to my call and came on the same day. They quickly got to work assessing the source of my problem. I was lucky enough to pick the right company and so pleased to find out that they well deserve their five star rating! I had my complete system replaced in my first house. I had about 8 estimates, and air pros was the most legitimate with the best warranty anyone offered. I will try and post a picture or two if I can figure out how to. I would highly recommend getting a bid from these guys if you are replacing your heating/air, or need service done.

A friend referred me to Air Pros and I was highly pleased with the work and service provided by the team of guys that did the work at my house. Nissim was very professional and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Air Pros to anyone who needs their A/C replaced.

Way too overpriced. $85 diagnostic fee regardless whether you go with them or not, so they make money already just by doing estimates. Nice. Then, $600 for cleaning a heater coil and covering a small hole in drywall? Common, do you guys employ lawyers???
